herewith is a copy of our progress on the project, your bank
projected-feasibility with an initial capital of forty-seven million only,
(ngn47m).
Kindly
instruct your No.1 station road Port Harcourt branch manager, to comply to the
said amount of fund which had been sent to that branch by the FGN/NASSI/FBN
M.O.U. since November, 2013.
We really
want to start work with the university of Port Harcourt ICT. College Obonoma
Campus without further delay.

OBONOMA CAMPUS.
With utmost
regard to your integrity, I faithfully apply for the above subject.
This is as a
result of FGN/NASSI/FBN M.O.U. 2013. The
feasibility was auspices of First Bank Nigeria Ltd. And was prepared by Mr.
Ajayi Orimolade in May/June 2013, which authorized us to establish the ICT.
College for Delga, Asalga and Akulga, and should be sited in Obonoma of
Akuku-Toru L.G.A.
Thus, our
company being Nigeria’s ICT. Specialists
and international security management, we deem it necessary to providing
qualifications at all required levels to students, relevant to industrial
requirement, nationally and internationally.
And in such
policy, we intend to offer the following courses:- Computer sciences.
Mass
communication, Computer programming, Systems Technology, Systems Analysis,
Computer Engineering, Computer Operations, International Security management,
Script Writing, etc. In the light of our
application, we hereby promise to provide sizeable portion of land that can
accommodate the campus establishment.
Therefore we attach copy of the feasibility prepared for us by the FBN
in accordance with the FGN/NASSI/FBN M.O.U.2013.
